Honesty and transparency is extremely important in life says Prof. Olukoya Ogen

The outgoing Provost, Adeyemi college of education Ondo, Prof. Olukoya Ogen has advised people to always exhibit honesty and transparency wherever they are, saying doing so, would enable them to actualize their dream of reaching the top.

Prof. Ogen gave the advice while speaking  during the Jumat service organized as part of activities  ending  the 34th convocation ceremony of the institution,  which held at the College Mosque on Friday October 12, 2018.

He thanked members of the Muslim community for the cooperation and support given to him,   stating that the development helped in no small way in enhancing the stability of his administration.

The outgoing College administrator, however, pledged his support to the growth of the Muslim community  in their quest for financial assistance towards the construction of a new mosque  saying, " as you know I am no longer the Provost and it is very difficult to use government money, in the light of this, I am going to support you with my own resources ".

His words: "We thank the Management for giving us the portion of land to erect our mosque. However, due to expansion and increase in population of worshippers, both from the college and Ondo community who always come to the place to worship, there is therefore the need for a bigger mosque" he stated.
